How often should I schedule a cleaning?
Most busy households pick every two weeks. Weekly suits big families, pet owners and anyone who works from home. Monthly works when you keep up with the daily stuff and want the heavier work handled.
What does a regular cleaning include?
Dusting and wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning mirrors and glass, sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms, and taking out the trash. Ask for laundry or dishes and we’ll add them.
Should my first visit be a deep clean?
If your home hasn’t had a thorough clean in a while, a deep clean first gets everything to a baseline that regular visits can keep up with.
What’s the Gloss Guarantee?
If any part of your cleaning doesn’t meet your expectations, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to fix it, free of charge.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave entry instructions and come home to a clean house.
Can you do laundry or dishes too?
Yes. Laundry, dishes and other extra tasks can be added on request. Mention them when you request your estimate so we plan the time.
